EXCHANGES
Sometimes the color or length isn’t right, so here at LUSH we are happy to accept exchanges on any extensions that is unworn and still fitted with all security ribbons and labels. This applies to any item(s) dispatched to us within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.
It’s important to note that return shipping costs are not covered by LUSH when sent back.
Luckily, our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free.Please make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receiving your order and identify which item you would like replaced.
Misplaced your returns sheet? Don’t panic. Just send us over an email at returns@lushbylisa.com and we’ll be happy to walk you through the return & exchange process.
Feel free to be picky! You can exchange your item for any color or length (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 1 exchange for every item.
If you want to treat yourself even more and the replacement costs extra, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference or payment sent through PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo are accepted. Please let us know if you have made the gift card purchase at returns@lushbylisa.com
If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.
LATE EXCHANGES
We’re unable to accept exchanges beyond 14 days of your delivery and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.
RETURNS
You may return your item(s) for store credit only. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receiving your order unworn and still fitted with all security ribbons and labels.
POLICY
We take pride in our LUSH items, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all our security ribbons/tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
